Tonight I had dinner at one of my favorite Japanese restaurants, Rikyu in North Oakland. I have been coming here for 2 years, since their opening. If you want high quality fish at affordable prices, this is definitely #1 on my list. Their food is consistently delicious, fresh, and well presented. This place is owned by a cute husband and wife couple. They are really nice people and will take the time to answer any questions you have about the fish. Compliments to Chef Tatsuya Koyake! You are amazing!
