I saw this place featured on Rachel Ray's vacation and could not wait to try it! It is located inside Palazzo in Las Vegas. Carne Vino translates simply into meat and wine. Their menu is on the very pricey side ($$$$), but definitely worth it. Pictured above is the 'La Fiorentina' ($70/person).
